Unfortunately the structure doesn't provide a complete breakfast, anyways we put at disposal of our guests a full equipped bar, with coffe machines, drinks, wine, beer and snacks totally free.

They are in the same apartment but in two different and separate bedrooms.

The rooms are cleaned, tied up and sheets are changed over the course of the stayings.

can we park near the hotel since we have a lot of small luggage to carry

In front of the Residenza there is a parking spot where you can stop temporary to drop the luggage. From here then you can park your car at Garage Internazionale in via Palazzuolo 29. The parking price is not included in the reservation.

Wonderful
Francesco is a superb host, very attentive to his guests. The location of the Residence is very central to the main touristic area of the two sides of the Arno River.
The fact you don't have breakfast service in the house might be a restrictiont to some people, although there is plenty of offer at the open bar with soft drinks, juices, beer and wine or sect. Also, there are coffee machines (with coffee capsules) and tee-kettle in the room.

Was in the perfect spot to get around and they have an amazing free breakfast buffet in the morning.
Found one English speaking channel on the TV before going to bed which is not a big deal

The location is convenient. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. He even have wines and drink in our mini fridge which is nice.

Simply perfect, Residenza Vespucci makes you feel like Florentine royalty.
There was not a single thing we did not like about the Residenza Vespucci. From the quick responses in the messaging, the location of the hotel, to meeting Francesco, the incredible decor, the lobby, the attention paid to every detail, THIS HOTEL IS BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. Francesco is incredible, so warm, welcoming, attentive and clearly has curated Residenza Vespucci with the guest's experience in mind, I will never stay at another Florence hotel again. I've traveled Italy for the past 15 years and this is the first hotel where the small details really stand out. Plenty of power outlets in the room, A FULL SIZED PROPER HAIR DRYER- this was so clutch- never in my 15 years have I had a full sized hair dryer in Italy- always the little white one attached to the wall with very low power like someone just breathing on your hair but Francesco pays attention to detail, proper toilet paper (not the thin scratchy kind), large comfortable bed and linens, sound proof windows, stunning decor, slippers, robes...and this is just about the room itself. We booked a room with a terrace which really was the icing on the cake- taking a coffee in the morning over looking the River Arno as the sun lights up the sky and in the evening to people watch as they head out for an aperitivo and dinner. We even grabbed some things from the Central Market and brought it back to eat on the terrace as the evening cooled down- what a treat. Speaking of treat- Francesco's welcome area/lobby is a designer's dream. When I mentioned "beautifully curated", I mean it. The colors and textures that filled the room, artwork, Hermès, Fornasetti, daily stocked mini bar with sweet and savory snacks, my husband did not want to leave Residenza Vespucci and neither did I. We would escape the city's afternoon heat by enjoying a cocktail (or two) and a little snack before washing up for dinner.
We didn't like that we had to leave Residenza Vespucci. Otherwise, Francesco and Residenza Vespucci is a 15 out of 10!!
